Variable pressure foam (VPF) technology

Joyce Foams utilises VPF technology, eliminating the need for Auxiliary Blowing Agents like Methylene Chloride and greatly reducing VOC emissions. This process is environmentally friendly, as it neither emits additional CO₂ nor releases harmful substances, surpassing EPA standards. VPF technology creates foam products with superior compression set, porosity, and resilience compared to conventional open-cell foams.

Global GreenTag (GGT) is a highly respected ecolabel recognised worldwide and 100% of the Joyce Foam range is Global GreenTag Level A certified. They rigorously test and certify products through their certification program, which is based on the Global GreenTag International Standard.
